2023-2024 LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATION PACKET CHECKLIST
*ALL ITEMS BELOW MUST BE SUBMITTED FOR APPLICATION TO BE PROCESSED*

  1. Application: Complete application utilizing online portal. Applications may be submitted with an electronic signature and must have all additional requested documents attached. Applications may also be printed and submitted, with all additional requested documents, via mail service.
  2. Insurance: A valid Certificate of Insurance Certificate is required naming the Village of Glen Ellyn as current insurance holder.
  3. BASSET Certificates: Current BASSET certificates are required with this application.
  4. Fingerprints: All new applications or new officers/managers must have fingerprints on file with the Glen Ellyn Police Department. Call 630.469.1187 to schedule an appointment. Fee is $48.25 per person.
  5. Lease: All new businesses and those renewals whose leases expire in 2023-2024 require a copy of their lease.
  6. Filing Fee: See schedule on Application to determine the appropriate fee for license class. Check must be made payable to the Village of Glen Ellyn for full renewal amount. $50 fine for returned checks. Please note that all 2023-2024 liquor license fees will be for the full amount.
